The calculator uses monthly prices in USD. It does not infer an annual rate or apply bundle discounts.

Does Academic use volume pricing?

No. Academic is $149 per month plus a flat $5 for every billable student, with no volume discount.

Is the app optional with Books?

No. Selecting Books automatically selects the client’s Branded app. Courses OnDemand and Communities can also be surfaced in that same app without adding another app charge.

What is outside the calculator?

Stripe processing, video usage, Firebase storage and operations, SES email volume, OpenAI thesis reviews, taxes, exceptional migrations, and negotiated terms are not added automatically.
